Common Questions

Why is a result uncertain?

Results come from on-device image and text recognition. Use a well-lit, sharp image, keep the subject centered, and fill the frame. Always verify food safety, allergen, and nutrition information.

How do I remove saved scans?

Open RecipeScan, select Settings, then choose Clear scan history.

Where are my photos sent?

They are not uploaded to RecipeScan. Scanning happens on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I manage a subscription?

RecipeScan version 1.0 is free and does not contain subscriptions or in-app purchases.
